ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Oluwapelumi Akinyode, professionally known as Cole Charming, is a multi-certified professional life coach, mentor, author, and the founder of Phoenixes City, an ecosystem built for young people who have been burned by broken systems, deconstructed faith, and shattered expectations.

Born in Jos, Nigeria, and raised in Abuja, he grew up inside a royal bloodline that carried ancestral significance but no material advantage. He was told from childhood that he was chosen. Prophecy came easily. Practical mentorship did not. A handful of well-meaning leaders gave what they had, then reached the ceiling of their understanding of his journey. So he kept searching, deeper each time, and spent his twenties circling.

He forfeited a Physics degree in his final semester. He started business ventures that kept turning into humanitarian missions. He watched his peers get promoted, get settled, get stable, while he stayed broke and kept looking. The financial anxiety that came with that nearly took him under. He is on the other side of that now.

Today he holds eight professional coaching certifications spanning five domains, more than twenty-one professional certificates in various fields, and is actively transforming the lives of young adults from all walks of life through coaching, mentorship, and social enterprise. He is the author of Summons of Destiny and Wind of Comfort. His main hobby is sim racing, and he is a lifelong lover of music and technology.

He exists to be an epitome of inspiration, a beacon of hope, a torch of healing, and a hand of empowerment, in a world ridden by pain, confusion, and trauma.

PHOENIXES CITY PARTNERS PROGRAM

OVERVIEW

The Phoenixes City Partners Program is the standard outreach and earning program available to every member of Phoenixes City.

Every Phoenician is automatically a Partner. There is no application, no approval process, and no waiting period. If you are a member, you are a Partner. The moment you join the community, you gain access to the same referral infrastructure, the same revenue share, and the same earning potential available to everyone else.

The program exists for three reasons:

1. Eliminate financial anxiety. Many members carry the weight of bills, rent, debt, and cost of living that robs them of peace of mind. That anxiety stifles both personal development and business growth. The PCPP is designed as a financial breather, a way to generate immediate cash flow while you build.
2. Save lives while you earn. Every subscriber you bring into Phoenixes City is someone who was burned, stuck, or searching. Someone who needed a way through. When you refer them, you are not just earning. You are giving someone a home, and empowering them to rewrite their own story. It could not be better.
3. Fund your passions. Whether you are building a business, pursuing a calling, or simply trying to breathe, the program is meant to raise the money you need to move forward.

ELIGIBILITY

All Phoenicians are Partners by default.

No application. No interview. No approval. If you are a member, you are in the program. The community and the Partners Program are open to anyone, anywhere in the world. Wherever you are, you can join, build, and earn.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

Partners earn a 50/50 revenue share on every subscriber they refer.

• New subscriber, first month: Subscriber pays N2,500. Partner earns N1,250.
• Each renewal thereafter: Subscriber pays N5,000. Partner earns N2,500.

Referred subscribers receive a 50% discount on their first month. From their second month onward, they pay the standard rate.

The revenue share is recurring. It continues for as long as the referred subscriber remains subscribed.

PARTNERSHIPS AND EARNINGS

There is no minimum referral requirement to participate in the PCPP.

You earn when you refer. You do not earn when you do not. There is no baseline, no qualification threshold, and no penalty for inactivity. The program is open to you for as long as you are a member, and you are free to engage with it at whatever pace suits your season of life.

INFRASTRUCTURE AND SETTLEMENT

The program operates on Selar's affiliate infrastructure.

Referral links, tracking, and verification are automated. Commissions are credited to the Partner's Selar wallet upon confirmed subscription payment.

• Nigeria (NGN): Funds become available the day after the transaction.
• International (USD and GBP): Funds become available 4 days after the transaction. Partners can withdraw directly in USD or GBP, provided they meet the threshold of $300 from a single sale or $1,000 in total at the end of the month.
• Africa: Selar supports payouts in local currencies across several African countries. Funds are credited to your Selar wallet in the currency of the sale, and withdrawals are made to your local bank account or mobile money wallet. Supported currencies include Ghanaian Cedi (GHS), Kenyan Shilling (KES), South African Rand (ZAR), Tanzanian Shilling (TZS), Ugandan Shilling (UGX), Rwandan Franc (RWF), West African CFA Franc (XOF), and Central African CFA Franc (XAF). Mobile money payouts are available in select countries, including M-Pesa in Kenya and mobile money in Ghana.

Honest representation. Phoenixes City should only be presented to people it is genuinely suited to.

Conduct. Partners remain subject to the community Code of Conduct and the core values of Empathy, Dedication, Oneness, and Empowerment.

Can I participate in both the PCPP and the First Flame Program?

Yes. All First Flames are Partners. If you are a First Flame, you are automatically in the PCPP as well. The First Flame Program is simply a more structured tier within the same system.

Is there a cost to participate in the PCPP?

No. There is no cost to participate beyond your standard membership subscription.
