PHOENIXES CITY

Alchemists of Pain and Purpose.

WHO WE ARE

We are a young collective of builders, dreamers, and disruptors who have been burned by broken systems, deconstructed faith, and shattered expectations, transforming the wreckage of trauma and disillusionment into the foundation of unshakable self-mastery for global impact. We are alchemists of pain and purpose. We are Phoenixes.

OUR MISSION

To equip a generation, through coaching, mentorship, and community, with the Knowledge, Mindset, and Accountability needed to rewrite their story and build a legacy that matters, starting now.

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS

Phoenixes City is built to directly advance four United Nations Sustainable Development Goals: No Poverty (SDG 1), Good Health and Well-being (SDG 3), Quality Education (SDG 4), and Decent Work and Economic Growth (SDG 8).

CORE PILLARS: THE TETRAD OF LOVE

The guild is built on the radical application of Love in action:

Empathy: We listen without judgment. We see the struggle behind the glam and provide a safe space to heal.
Dedication: We embody a die-hard resolve to self-mastery. We are dedicated to our craft. Therefore, we hold each other accountable.
Oneness: We rise together. We are committed to the "hero's journey" of every Phoenix in the guild.
Empowerment: We equip each other with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to build. We do not create dependents. We create builders.

BENEFITS

Phoenixes City citizens (Phoenicians) gain access to:

Expert-led group coaching: Weekly sessions on purpose, wealth creation, and holistic self-mastery.
Peer-led accountability: Ongoing support via peer-driven spaces/mentorship pods to keep you on track toward your goals.
Interest Pods: Niche peer groups/spaces (e.g., socio-preneurs, techies, mental health professionals) for deep-dive collaboration and networking.
Local Pods: City-based groups/spaces (e.g., Abuja, Nairobi, Johannesburg, London).
Retreats & Masterclasses: Exclusive, high-touch events for deep work and connection.

BONUS

Phoenixes City Partners' Program (PCPP): a financial breather designed to help members generate immediate cash flow, eliminating the financial anxiety associated with bills and cost of living, while also raising money to fund their dreams.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF...

(This is the most important part. Read closely.)

If you have been burned by broken systems that were never designed for your success, wounded by a religious system that promised the world and delivered nothing but trauma and disillusionment, or left hollow by familial relationships that fell apart.
If you feel a restless, unshakable sense of purpose that refuses to settle for a mundane 9-to-5 existence. You know you were built for more, and you are desperate to build generational wealth, leave a footprint that outlasts your struggle, and create impact that actually matters.
If you are exhausted from performing for a crowd that does not see you, tired of smiling through the anxiety, and suffocating under the weight of imposter syndrome while navigating your darkest moments completely alone.
If you carry the residue of trauma but have quietly made the radical decision to stop asking "why me" and start declaring "what now". You are ready to alchemize every scar into strategy and every wound into wisdom.
If you dream of financial freedom without selling your soul, and you long for a tribe that does not compete with you but completes you. A tribe that pulls you up the mountain when you are too weak to climb and celebrates your ascent as their own.
If you are between 18 and 35 (or young at heart) and you are finally ready to stop surviving and start ascending. This is your city. This is your moment. Rise.

WHO WE ARE NOT

Not a pity party. We do not coddle victimhood. We honor the pain, but we do not camp there.
Not a get-rich-quick scheme. We do not promise passive income in 24 hours. We build sustainable wealth through discipline and value.
Not a networking circus. We are not here for transactional handshakes or name-dropping. We build real, lasting brotherhood and sisterhood.
Not a cult. We do not worship leaders. We challenge each other, think critically, and walk our own paths together.
Not a replacement for therapy. We are a healing community, not licensed professionals. We support, but we do not diagnose.
Not for the faint-hearted. Growth is uncomfortable. We do not sugarcoat the climb.

THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF...

If you are comfortable exactly where you are and have no burning desire to become more.
If you are looking for a quick fix to your problems without doing the inner work.
If you blame everyone else for where you are and refuse to look in the mirror.
If you are not ready to show up consistently for yourself or for others.
If you cannot celebrate another person's win without feeling threatened or jealous.
If you merely want “a strategy” but are unwilling to do the work required to execute it.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Oluwapelumi Akinyode, professionally known as Cole Charming, is a multi-certified professional life coach, mentor, author, and the founder of Phoenixes City, an ecosystem built for young people who have been burned by broken systems, deconstructed faith, and shattered expectations.

Born in Jos, Nigeria, and raised in Abuja, he grew up inside a royal bloodline that carried ancestral significance but no material advantage. He was told from childhood that he was chosen. Prophecy came easily. Practical mentorship did not. A handful of well-meaning leaders gave what they had, then reached the ceiling of their understanding of his journey. So he kept searching, deeper each time, and spent his twenties circling.

He forfeited a Physics degree in his final semester. He started business ventures that kept turning into humanitarian missions. He watched his peers get promoted, get settled, get stable, while he stayed broke and kept looking. The financial anxiety that came with that nearly took him under. He is on the other side of that now.

Today he holds eight professional coaching certifications spanning five domains, more than twenty-one professional certificates in various fields, and is actively transforming the lives of young adults from all walks of life through coaching, mentorship, and social enterprise. He is the author of Summons of Destiny and Wind of Comfort. His main hobby is sim racing, and he is a lifelong lover of music and technology.

He exists to be an epitome of inspiration, a beacon of hope, a torch of healing, and a hand of empowerment, in a world ridden by pain, confusion, and trauma.

PHOENIXES CITY PARTNERS PROGRAM

OVERVIEW

The Phoenixes City Partners Program is the standard outreach and earning program available to every member of Phoenixes City.

Every Phoenician is automatically a Partner. There is no application, no approval process, and no waiting period. If you are a member, you are a Partner. The moment you join the community, you gain access to the same referral infrastructure, the same revenue share, and the same earning potential available to everyone else.

The program exists for three reasons:

Eliminate financial anxiety. Many members carry the weight of bills, rent, debt, and cost of living that robs them of peace of mind. That anxiety stifles both personal development and business growth. The PCPP is designed as a financial breather, a way to generate immediate cash flow while you build.
Save lives while you earn. Every subscriber you bring into Phoenixes City is someone who was burned, stuck, or searching. Someone who needed a way through. When you refer them, you are not just earning. You are giving someone a home, and empowering them to rewrite their own story. It could not be better.
Fund your passions. Whether you are building a business, pursuing a calling, or simply trying to breathe, the program is meant to raise the money you need to move forward.

ELIGIBILITY

All Phoenicians are Partners by default.
